Outward Register Reports

  1. Access the https://sandboxeinvoice.bdo.in link. E-Invoice Home page will be displayed.
  2. Login to the EInvoice Portal with valid credentials i.e. your User Id and password.
  3. Click on Reports Tab >> Outward Register.

  1. Select a Tradename and Date range and click on view.

Note: 1. Multiple Tradename can be selected.

2. You can Download Detail & Summary report also.

Option 1:

  1. If you click on “View” button it will view the Error for the tradename and date range selected.
  2. You can change selection of Tradename & date range by clicking on Filter.

Option 2:

You can click on “CSV” button to download the report for you reference.

Outward HSN Summary Reports

  1. Click on Reports Tab >> Select Outward>>> Select Outward HSN Summary report.

Note: This can be downloaded in PDF & Excel format.


IRN not generated Report

  1. Click on Report Tab >> IRN not generated

Note: Same steps & Options are to be followed for IRP Generated Report
