Modify EWB Process

Step-1: Login and Navigate to E-invoice application

1. Access the https://sandboxeinvoice.bdo.in link. E-Invoice Home page will be displayed.
2. Login to the E- Invoice application with valid credentials i.e. your user id and password.
3. Click on E-WAYBILL >> Modify EWB.

Please note: To use these features, you need to update the EWB credentials in the company/location master. Please get in touch with your client admin to make these updates.

There are two features from E-Waybill on BDO E-Invoice platform which are as follows.

3. Modify Vehicles Details (Part B)

1. All the EWBs which are generated and active will be available in the “Modify EWB” tab.

2. If the user wants to modify a specific EWB, user needs to select the invoice & click on “Modify EWB” option. A pop-up will be opened to make the necessary updates.

1. Modify Transporter Details: If the user wants to Modify/ Update transporter details, select ‘Modify Transporter Details’ >> select transporter from the dropdown >> click on “Submit”.

Note: Only transporter details which are stored in Transporter Master will be available in the dropdown.

3. Response popup will appear after clicking on the submit button.

2. Modify Vehicle Details: If user wants to update Vehicle (Part B) details, select ‘Modify Vehicle’ and enter the details and click on “Submit”.

4. Modify Vehicle (Part B) response popup will appear after selecting submit button.
