Configuration Settings- GL Code
- Access the https://tdscatchincome-uat.bdoindia.net URL, TDS/TCS Credit login page will be displayed.
- Login to the BDO TDS/TCS Credit portal with valid credentials i.e., User Id and Password.
- Mapping of GL Codes relating to the income (including other income) from your ERP to GL Code Master will be used in determining the nature of income of your transactional data. Consequently TDS/TCS Credit tool will assign a TDS section to each GL Code and determine the TDS amount that would ideally deductible.
- Click on highlighted icon for Settings.
- Under Settings click on Configuration Settings.
- Now click on GL Codes under Configuration Settings.
- Select Entity and financial Year.
- Click on the Upload tab to upload GL Code Master.
- Download the GL Code template by clicking on the Download Template.
- Fill in the required information in the GL Code template (i.e., PAN and GL Code etc.) and click on the Browse Files option to upload the prefilled GL Code template.
- User can check the status of uploaded template in the Upload History tab.
- Errors if any can be viewed in Error File Download option.
- Click on TDS/TCS to view the successfully uploaded GL Codes.
